Prof. Michał Kleiber of IPPT PAN saw himself among the winners. The celebration took place on 27th February 2019 at the Presidential Palace.

The “Gold Engineer” is an award given to outstanding engineers, technology creators, inventors and organizers of economic events in the country. The award popularizes their achievements in building innovative and competitive economy.
The „Gold Engineer” is organized by the editors of the “Przegląd Techniczny – gazety inżynierskiej” biweekly magazine together with The Polish Federation of Engineering Associations FSNT–NOT.
Prof. Michał Kleiber works at the Department of Information and Computational Science, IPPT PAN. He is an outstanding scholar in the field of mechanical and computer engineering. Minister of Science in 2001-2005, President of the Polish Academy of Sciences in 2007-1015. Member of the Order of the White Eagle Chapter and 2005 honorary Gold Engineer.
