    The classes are divided into two parts: a lecture and experimental demonstrations. In the first part, we will discuss several functional (or smart) materials. Such materials can change their properties in a controlled manner due to certain external factors. Their controllability allows them to be the key factors in innovative technological solutions. The second part will focus on experimental demonstrations, including selected smart materials. Functional or smart materials change their properties under external factors, which allows them to be applied in innovative technological solutions (lecture and demonstrations).
