Streszczenie:
Zrealizowano następujące zadania: (1) Implementacja algorytmów dla dwu-skalowego modelowania ośrodków porowatych (o sztywnym szkielecie); (2) Stworzenie algorytmów dla automatycznego generowania losowych mikro-geometrii ośrodków porowatych i włóknistych; (3) Wykonanie próbek włóknistych o zadanej porowatości i przekroju włókien oraz zbadanie uzyskanej mikro-geometrii; (4) Zaprojektowanie periodycznych mikro-geometrii porowatych, które mogą byc wykonane w technologii druku 3D; (5) Wytwarzanie próbek materiałów porowatych (druk 3D) o zaprojektowanej mikro-geometrii; (6) Pomiary akustyczne (impedancja akustyczna, dźwiękochłonność itp.) wytworzonych próbek materiałów porowatych i włóknistych; (7) Generowanie periodycznych komórek reprezentatywnych dla badanych materiałów porowatych (w tym włóknistych); (8) Numeryczne modelowanie wielo-skalowe zaprojektowanych ośrodków porowatych na bazie ich mikro-geometrii reprezentatywnych. Realizacja powyższych zadań pozwoliła na porównanie wyznaczonej numerycznie dżwiękochłonności zaprojektowanych materiałów z wynikami bezpośrednich pomiarów akustycznych próbek porowatych (i włóknistych) wykonanych na postawie zaprojektowanej mikrogeometrii.
